- Not only is the product everything that it purports to be but the customer service was fantastic. I had a problem with my old BOSE surround sound, which uses RF not IR and the customer service people downloaded additional software to make it work. - Perfect Remote
- I own 2 of these now, and have one for my main theater downstairs, and one for the master bedroom. It controls everything perfectly. I was able to hide away most of my components and use the wireless extender to control them. - Don't buy this, will break within one year and good luck getting a replacement
- I purchased the Harmony 890 about 11 months ago for use with my home theater and bedroom LCD. It worked very well for about 11 months and I was close the purchasing an additional unit for another room.
