- We had no way to hang a bag. My husband is 6'2", and this bag is the perfect size for him. It still does bounce around when a punch has power, but with a rubber mat under it, it is very stable. We filled it with water and will use sand when we can.

- I put a big pot in the sink and turned on the sink to have water constantly flowing into it. From there I scooped the water out with a 2-quart sauce pan into the base using a normal size funnel--not especially large. It took me just 15 minutes of scooping to completely fill it.
