NOT Machine Washable: The Amazon 'Product Description' (as of Aug 2008) states that the product is "Machine washable, Drip dry." However, the actual manufacturer's packaging states "Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and air dry."

This back brace works great for me: I wasn't sure if it would help but I put this on when my back is bugging me and it feels better right away. It's a quality product.
