Necessity for performance fabrics: It's the only thing that gets the odor out of my bike clothes. I've tried Tide, Cheer, & Purex. I even tried mixing in some ammonia. I haven't tried Penguin yet (it's like double the price). Supposedly, it also allows the performance fabrics to work properly (unlike regular detergents). didnt remove odors as effectively as promised: I am a varsity athlete for a college rowing team. I work out on average 20 hours a week and thus have a large amount of dirty atheletic apparell to deal with on a weekly basis.

Finally Something That Works: First let me preface that not only was it tough finding a detergent that removed strong odors but I also have eczema which severely limits what type of detergent I can use.
