Specifically made for women, with its lightweight and slender design, this all-in-one heart rate monitor and sports watch by Reebok uses a patented method called "pulse technology" to measure the electrical pulses sent out by your heart each time it beats. Of course, the amazing part is that it works by finger touch rather than the cumbersome chest strap used by most other heart monitors. Within four seconds of touching the sensors on the watch, you can get not only an accurate heart rate reading, but also the number of calories burned during your workout.
The monitor has a programmable heart rate zone with audible and visual alarms to alert you when you get out of zone, plus a settable alarm if you have a maximum rate you should not exceed. Made from durable plastic and fully water-resistant, the device also features regular watch functions, plus a 100-hour stopwatch and countdown timer. It comes with a complete walking and exercise guide and one-year warranty.
About Reebok
Reebok's United Kingdom-based ancestor company was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So, in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes. In 1958, two of the founder's grandsons started a companion company that came to be known as Reebok, named for an African gazelle.

- Does the job, also a nice watch.
- Bought this earlier this year when I was planning to get back to the gym. Saw the comments re: having to push two buttons to get a heart reading, and yes, that's awkward, especially when you're in the heat of a spin class, but it's not so difficult and it's a lot easier than strapping on a wire. So in my opinion, totally worth it. Looks More reviews
- Calorie count way off
- I received this watch as a gift. After wearing if for a couple of months doing aerobics, tennis, walking etc I found the calorie count to be way off. There is just no way I spent that many calories. I returned the watch. And I agree the heart rate monitor is a pain to operate. Looking for a new heart rate watch with an accurate calorie count. - Alhtough this was an inexpensive heart rate monitor I was drawn to its simplicity and strapless operation. Trouble is it only recorded my heart rate about a quarter of the time. I tried getting it wet underneath and on probes as recommended(and doing a lot of slobbering; but it still seldom worked. Just finally beeped and went back to the time. It is also difficult to press probes while More reviews
- I love this watch
- I had the bigger unisex version of this watch and I really like the women's size. I use this watch all the time and I love it. The only thing I'm not convinced works accurately is the calorie burning portion - it seems much too high - but I like the rest of the features and I use all of them. Good watch!! More reviews
- Heart rate monitor review
- I have been happy with my purchase. It is easy to use and appears pretty accurate, even when taking my heart rate while jumping or running. The calories seem a little high, but you need to remember to press start while you are still at a resting heart rate. This watch has helped me monitor my exertion level and is fun to see how many calories More reviews
