- I got this from Amazon's warehouse for $50.00! What a steal! It's sturdy, durable; and I can't wait to braize in it! You can substitute this for a tagine. Food will come out well in either type of bakeware. More reviews

- It's clear from the condition of the Brazier that was shipped to me that Emile Henry has sloppy quality control. The cooking surface had obviously defective glazing, with small pebbles creating sharp bumps that will break off when cooking to expose the clay underneath.
