Nice Utility Knife
The old utility knife that I use around the house was getting worn after 9+ years of service, and this one looked pretty good. For the price, it's a solid piece of kit - I like it!

top quality
best utility knife I Have ever purchased, It has a very sleek and strong design, and the quick change makes it a plus!+++ its smaller than your regular long, slip out,(not to mention dealing with a screw to just put a blade in) utility knife because it folds. The weight to it make you feel like you have a really good quality tool in your hands... And thats because it is!!!!

Great Knife
This is the best pocket knife that I have ever bought for use on job sites. I had another brand of folding utility knife before, and it just couldn't hold the blade in when cutting. This knife holds the blade, is comfortable to hold in your hand, and is heavy enough to withstand use and abuse of a construction job site.

Great knife, get it.
This is by far my favorite folding razor knife (I have several). The fit and finish is really quite remarkable given the modest price, on par with other knives of this type. The polished stainless steel body/rosewood inlays look hand-finished and the locking mechanism is rock-solid. The pocket clip is similarly polished and looks really nice.
The knife has a heavy, solid feel which imparts a feeling of quality that aluminum or plastic just don't have. The blade shoots out with a flick of the thumbstud and makes a nice metallic "click". The lock-back mechanism drops the blade down just enough so that it can be easily closed with one hand as well.
If you appreciate beauty and toughness in your tools, this is the knife you want.

Almost Perfect...
Heavier than most knives of this type, wich to me is a plus.
The only thing I don't like is the blade changing system.
Lifting the lever sliding the side up is not the easiest or safest method.
Other brands (Husky..) use a pin that you push in then simply slide the blade out, and a new one in.
That is much better.
Other than that I like it. It only holds 1 blade at a time...
