- I normally use Leslie Sanson's "Walk Away the Pounds" for about 30 minutes of light-moderate exercise. When I got pregnant, I thought it might be a good idea to switch to a workout specifically geared towards pregnancy. While it's certainly worth assessing your current workout to make sure it is safe, this one wasn't worth the money. I went back to "Walk Away the Pounds" after More reviews
- Feel good well rounded workout
- I received three pregnancy workouts in the mail today. Two were yoga ones and the other was this Denise Austin DVD. I'm not in great shape, but before I got pregnant (and super ill) I would run about 3 miles a week. - Once I purchased the video, which was during my fourth month, I used it every day. I liked the workouts on the DVD because they were challenging, but not too difficult where I would get discouraged. I have other Denise videos, but I found this to be one of her best. - A little irritating, BUT...
- She's a little too chipper for those of us that are not the "glowing" pregnant, but instead the pukey, grumpy pregnant! That being said the exercises are totally workable for pregnancy.
