- The video quality is decent and the microphone works very well. However, sometimes when you unplug it, the camera will uninstall itself. To reinstall it, you need to go through this lengthy process of doing a clean boot and some other tasks, outlined on the website. - Good little product. Works well on Skype and has good full screen resolution. It doesn't support all the software features I would have liked so if you enjoy playing around with fun image features (ie turning yourself into a talking dinosaur) then I'd recommend the next model up. … More reviews
