- This product has provided me with several useful solutions to business problems. I found it easy to use and a useful business tool. I use this program in my daily business functions and we find it very helpful; it makes it easier to organize your company and produce the necessary paperwork to keep you on top of things.
My company 3 Tier Nutrition, Inc., uses it for corporate meeting and consents as well as some basic contracts. But before making any official documentation consult a lawyer for legal advise. We work with a legal firm and have a law student in our company.
I also noted some interesting documentation for landlords and real estate investors as well. It contains real estate sales/purchasing contract templates and leasing too.

- A good tool to help with routine legal matters.
- I like Legal Business Pro because the interview syle makes it easy to complete the documents in its list. The list of documents is well populated also.
I used an earlier version that had a feature that I miss in this one. When you went into review mode, the answers to the interview questions were highlighted and you could click on them to go directly to that question. I haven't found that feature in this version and I miss it. It is cumbersome to have to always start at the beginning of the interview and page forward to find the item you need to change.
Also, I don't understand why it so difficult to make a "Save as..." copy of a document, but I'm sure I will find a work-around. That earlier version was a little better in this respect also.
