A complete portable resistance training system, providing three intensity levels and a full-length guided workout. Expert instructors demonstrate optimal technique and integrate stretching, strenghtening and cardio conditioning into efficient, non-impact workouts with variations for three skill levels. Comfort-grip handles attach easily to each resistance cord for a custom workout. Kit includes: 3 resitance cords (purple for light resistance, green for moderate and blue for heavy resistance), TriCord Total Body Workout DVD (30 minutes).

- The tricord is a great product. It comes with a DVD workout video. My wife wanted to find resistence bands for light workouts and some of the other products out there only had one handle for 3 bands.
