- I own both BD and HD DVD formats, and purchased this before Black Friday in 2007 for under $90. It is a great player, that has played every movie I have played, and the picture/fuction quality is oustanding. For the price, very robust. Ironically it played movies, that got stuck in the more sensitive A35 (which I also own), along with BD machines. More reviews

- This is a nice, affordable high-def unit. Although it's "only" 1080i, the picture looks extremely good. I've watched various movies after upgrading the internal firmware. No issues with playback.
It's also an excellent upscaling DVD player.
I have two of these. I plan to keep watching HD content for a long time. HD-DVD discs are a lot cheaper… More reviews
