- Sliding resolved
- Just received the CTG 7-port hub and it came with a strip of foam (sticky on one side) to put between the hub and the base. It doesn't slide around at all, nice tight fit. Guess they found a cheap way to solve all the complaints from people unable to mount it vertically. Oh yeah, the hub works great too. More reviews
- Is there any hub that doesn't occasionally have a dead socket on boot-up?
- Well, I like this product. It does what it's supposed to do. Nice to have 7 slots. In one of the slots I have my USB mouse - as with previous hubs, and even with the USB slots on my motherboard (on the back of my CPU case), I occasionally start up my PC and find that the mouse is dead and I need to reset the connection by unplugging it and plugging it back More reviews

It pairs well with both Windows Vista & XP2 platforms. One of the sweeter features about this model is that it can easily be removed from the mounting base and packed for travel. - doesn't work properly
- I really wanted this device to work well. I had problems with it continually disconnecting and reconnecting. I thought it might have been because I didn't have the power cord attached and it wasn't getting enough power from the USB, but plugging in the power adapter didn't help.
It's been going on since I got the product and it's very More reviews
- no probs so far
- Running Vista 64-bit HP SP1 and it had no problems self-installing.
Using the power power supply that comes with it, I have a printer 2 external drives and a wireless mouse antenna hooked up to it. So far so good.
I use "handi tak" adhesive putty, a ball at each corner on the underside of the base so it doesn't slide around on my desk.
