- Just received the CTG 7-port hub and it came with a strip of foam (sticky on one side) to put between the hub and the base. It doesn't slide around at all, nice tight fit. - Is there any hub that doesn't occasionally have a dead socket on boot-up?
- Well, I like this product. It does what it's supposed to do. Nice to have 7 slots. In one of the slots I have my USB mouse - as with previous hubs, and even with the USB slots on my motherboard (on the back of my CPU case), I occasionally start up my PC and find that the mouse is dead and I need to reset the connection by unplugging it and plugging it back… More reviews

- I really wanted this device to work well. I had problems with it continually disconnecting and reconnecting. I thought it might have been because I didn't have the power cord attached and it wasn't getting enough power from the USB, but plugging in the power adapter didn't help.

Using the power power supply that comes with it, I have a printer 2 external drives and a wireless mouse antenna hooked up to it. So far so good.
I use "handi tak" adhesive putty, a ball at each corner on the underside of the base so it doesn't slide around on my desk.
