Just the beginning
As a true Temptation fan , I am sold on the idea of Amazon shorts. The story of Damon Harris is an open book with many more pages to read .Like life, there is more to a person and this short gives us a taste of the talent Melvin Franklin called (Super Tenor). All of Damon Harris's fans should be excited as I am at what the future writings will reveal .Songbirds! look out , Damon Harris is letting it all out.

I Want More
This is what a lot of Motown and Temptations fans were waiting for and I guess we will have to wait for the full book to get more. But, I'm sure it'll be worth the wait.

Great short story
This is a great short story from Damon Harris, former member of The Temptations. It really summarizes everything from being a kid from Baltimore, Maryland and his life before and after The Temptations. Great Read! Can't wait for more! :-)

What an unrevealing story
This story just reveals so little of Damon's life, it's pathetic. Being from Baltimore, even I know more than was revealed in this book. For instance, why was so little said about Damon's first group, The Vandals ? Why didn't this book mention what happened to Damon and why he left the Temptations ? And what happened to Damon afterwards; such as his having returned to the Vandals and their having gone to New York, changing their name to Impact ( because The Isley Brothers owned the rights to their name,The Vandals ) and recording two Albums, (1)" Impact ", (2)" The Pac Is Back " for Atlantic Records ? Finally, why didn't the writer give us information as to why Impact broke up a second time ? These are certainly questions, that as a Damon Harris fan, I'd want to know about . This book is a very sophmore effort. I expected so much better. Perhaps when the entire book is released, we will get a great deal more qualitative and quantitative information on Damon's life, before, during and after the Temptations.
