- Finally! Some straight talk about beer.
- I read Lynn Hoffman's New Short Course in Wine,The and was impressed. So I went on amazon to see what else he'd written. I was always curious about beer and never really understood it (do they press the hops to make beer or what? why is there rice in some beer and why do they brag about it?). besides, for 49cents, why not?
Anyway, I loved this little book. It explained everything in clear, funny prose and now I'm going to buy his other beer books. - 2008-04-16, 1 of 1 people found this review helpful, Rated:
