- I own five workout DVDs and most of them are easy to follow. This workout DVD is not created for the beginners or people like me who have been working out everyday for the past years! Just working through the whole tape I thought that I was in the army training section! More reviews

- I love this routine, as it is so effective at helping me build my abs. I was especially impressed with the Six Pack Abs segment.
