My Son Loves These!
I have a six year old son with autism. One of my son's "stim" behaviors is to eat ice... all day... every day. The problem is, his little hands would get so cold from holding the ice. Not anymore! Because the ice is now on a stick, well, he's happy as a lark! I keep these kabobs in the freezer where he can grab one whenever he feels the need to chew.
I blogged about this on my site (charlieinwonderland.com) shortly after discovering the product and trying it out.
I highly recommend these ice trays. They're great for anyone who likes to eat ice, or to stick in a drink (of course). We've also experimented with freezing juices. Works great!

A coooool little swizzle
OK, these are really easy to make and easy to remove from the tray. They are exactly what you expect them to be. They'll be nice at parties, when friends are here, and while just hanging around with the hubby. However, as with everything, I have a few complaints.
Complaint #1: It doesn't make more than three. Hello?!? How often do you need only three swizzle sticks?
Complaint #2: There is no frame or other means of support. So, unless you are extraordinarily adept, you will need to find an almost perfectly flat place in the freezer (not an easy task), place the tray with the sticks on the flat surface, and then use a small cup to fill up the slots with the water. Otherwise they are too floppy and water will go everywhere (trust me).
Complaint #3: see compliant #1.
I purchased two of these so that I can at least make 6. I think I'll crush up some of the mint in my herb garden so that I can make mohitos. I also want to try freezing fruit puree for those girly drinks. :)
Then again, maybe I'll just save these for my own personal use . . . if you like to "play" with ice cubes these might be pretty handy. Maybe I can make popcicles . . . hmmmmmm.

Difficult to use
I liked the idea, but these are not easy to get out of the tray either without breakage or some part of the "stick" remaining uncovered. So they work as a stick of ice or frozen drink, but they rarely look very good. Sorry.
