Dashboard Mount Much Better than Windshield Mount: We have had the dashboard mount for just a month now and it is much nicer than the windshield mount that we have had for more than a year for our Nuvi 360. When we parked, the windshield mount had to be taken down (to discourage thieves) which was a pain. We just grab the new mount and set it on the floor… More reviews

Dashboard mount for Garmin GPS: I find that the friction dashboard mount works very good. It doesn't slide when turning corners (at reasonable speeds!) and allows you to adjust the GPS pretty much anyway you like it. It's portable and you don't have to have an ugly mount sticking on your window (which by the way is illegal in California at the present time). More reviews
