Great Workout: This DVD is a fun, fast paced, and effective. I am definitely someone who has a tendency to become bored during a fitness DVD, but this workout was entertaining. Eh. So-So.: I'm probably going to take this one back or sell it elsewhere. I stopped it about 16 minutes in. It seems to jump all over the place...there's no continuity or sequence to the exercises. I also didn't like the lack of symmetry; he didn't do the same exercise on both sides. That's just a personal thing, though.
