If you know how to modify the pressure thingy- 5 stars: Great addition to our shower... in the fixed position, the water jet is higher up so taller people don't have to do acrobatics to wash their hair. DON'T buy this!! Poor quality all around.: While this showerhead looks great in the pictures, it's a huge disappointment. Packaging was poor, and the flimsy plastic hose was bent and pinched in the packaging very badly in two places.
