- The product price was good but the water flow was so restrictive I had to remove the water saver insert. Also, the hose attached to the hand held shower head is too stiff.

- I agree with the consensus of other reviewers. Don't bother purchasing. The instructions for installing are minimal at best. Once installed after following the directions we had excessive leaking and the shower head would not stay upright. One would wonder why the installation directions would note that teflon tape is recommended for installation to prevent leaking when other products used in the past are just screw on and you are good to go.

- Cheap Plastic
- While installing the hose, it was broken with bare hands.

- Parts Too Delicate
- I bought two of these and was dissapointed that while installing one the hose connector just broke. I basically only have one working and it feels very delicate. I have to be using with extreme care. The parts are not metal but a fragile plastic.
