    Too bad! But I found an alternative that works.
    I found the device worked perfectly...as long as it was plugged in to the wall or the computer. Kind of defeats the purpose of being portable. The software worked great and the device looks great, very solid.     I was amazed at how clear the picture quality was. I will definitely buy more as gifts for my parents since the picture quality is so good. Downloading was a bit tricky for a Mac user as the manual had to be downloaded but once I got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing.     Dead On Arrival
    Beautiful keychain picture viewer looks like it would hold up well in a purse. Unfortunately the one I got would only work while plugged in to a USB cable, otherwise had no power. Amazon was great about the RMA!   More reviews
