3 for 3 boxes received of these mugs cracked: For some reason, I have received now 3 boxes total of these mugs where the top/bottom of mug box was not cushioned with packing paper or bubble wrap. I love them: I ordered these mugs a while ago and cannot rave enough about them. They are sturdy, well made and good looking. I can put them in the microwave to heat up my tea, no problem.
