So far so good
I was a little hesitant based on some earlier reviews about this item since I use a smaller, non-standard 14.6 lb tank. But, that said, I was able to hook it up and it works like a charm. Guage read instantly and was right where I expected the level to be since I recently did a refill. No complaints and a hopefully will be a long lasting item. I will keep this posted updated in the event my luck runs out with this item.

Excellent essential for gas grilling
This is an essential buy if you have a gas grill.
Easy to install, eliminates wasteing gas by avoiding prematurely changing tanks, stops possibility of running out of gas during a grilling session.
just check it for leaks wiyh soapy water when you first install it. - btw no tools needed for installation

GasWatch TV212 Propane Indicator
Just got in from Amazon.Shipping was fast as always at Amazon.
Seems to work on both of my propane bottles of 20lb and 40lbs.

Guess work gone
Much appreciated tool to prevent mid-preparation panic as the propane is lost and the grill items not finished.

Much better than the one from Costco
I bought this after returning one from Costco. The one from Costco has green, yellow and red lights to indicate the propane level. Problem was that it didn't work. I had people over for July 4th and the indicator was green. Next thing you know, I'm out of propane and it still indicates green. I returned it the next day and bought this one.
This one is much better. It give you an accurate measurement of the propane level and uses no batteries. I feel much more confident with this one than the other one. Easy to install too.
