Filters: Very inexpensive and makes all the difference in the world. We have well water and while most well water is better than most city water, sometimes you still get chlorine and metal tastes. So for me this filter does a good job at helping to keep this stuff out. More reviews

Does make a difference... and check the prices: Have the grind and brew coffee maker, and it "will" work without them, and we already have filtered water available. But I added the filter in - and low and behold, the coffee is even smoother! Freshwater Fluid Flows Freely From Fine Filter!: I live in Seoul, South Korea, where it is inadvisable to drink water directly from the tap. Unless, that is, your idea of a good time is to let a little amoebic dysentery cozy up and get friendly with your colon.
