Very hard to install: The seat is terrific once it is installed properly. The problem is that the black metal piece that fits into the back of the seat has four possible positions and it isn't at all clear which is the correct one. Why aren't all toilet seats designed this way?: Recently came across this type of toilet seat in a Hyatt hotel and liked the concept.
