- Great Buy at a Great Price!
- This has been a great choice for a Flat Panel TV. I was considering buying it at a retail store for about $1300 more before I looked on amazon. I have heard lots of great things about this tv and find very few (only 1 really) bad reviews about it. I am not a tech-geek but this TV made me educate myself on my needs. The only thing I have read prior is the need for 120mhz in Samsung's "Full Auto Motion". I have read reviews where people think it makes a TV actually worse but after viewing a HD DVD "Transformer" on an XBox 360 with HDMI, I can say it looks amazing. Since I can turn off the 120 in the options, I tried that and felt it was clear but I lost some of the cool 3d motion effects with it on. Just a preference I guess.

- Amazing TV and awesome service by Amazon
- I had done a lot of research before i decided to get this one and I'm glad made the decision. Loving every moment of it. Amazon was great at shipping, on time and they were great at refunding the price diff as well once the price went below what i paid for it (my final price was $2699). The only part that might cause an issue is that the screen is a bit reflective, so if you have a lot of windows in the room that you are gonna put this set in , you can very easily notice the glare on the screen. Although I don't notice it anymore.

I am extremely happy with the Amazon ordering process and customer service. I hope that this makes the "non-believers" "believe" that you can make big purchase online and feel confident that Amazon stands behind the products that they sell!
Here is my real life example of the best customer service that I have had from an online retailer!!
I purchased a 52" 1080 P Samsung LCD for a hefty amount still beating 25%+ of brick and mortar big name retail stores. When the unit arrive it was unpacked by the shipper and we connected the cable connection to the antenna connection on the LCD to verify that the LCD was working properly (not knowing there was a Cable TV connector also - no biggie).
Within minutes of the delivery person leaving I noticed that the cable connection was on the antenna and would not go past channel 12! Identifying that it was using the antenna connection, I proceeded to unscrew the connection from the antenna and screw it on the coax Cable TV input noticing that it was a little loose.
As I started to tighten the cable by hand, the connector broke off of the machine in my hand!!! Shocked that I could see in to the machine, my jaw dropped!!
I called the shipper and left an msg. I called the manufacture and they said that they would send someone out but, I may have to pay for a travel charge. I was a little shocked knowing that the LCD was less then 1 hr old but, I said send them out! P.S. it's been two week and still waiting!!
I then proceeded to call Amazon Custom Service. I explained what happened to the agent and she apologized for my misfortune and asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement. She responded that she will note this on my account and forward on to another department to process this request.
At this point I was glad that it was handled so smoothly but, then fear set in. Processed? How long? What is this going to take or cost? Pay for return shipping?
Needless to say two days later I received this email:
"I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this defective order has caused you. I've placed a new order for your xxx xxxxx 52" 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV. There's no charge for this replacement.
Here are the details of the new order:
Order Number: xxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx
For your convenience, I've made arrangements with xxxx for the pickup of the original shipment when the replacement is delivered."
This left me speechless!! They were able to address the issue, send a replacement, have a fast turn around and no return shipping cost!
I now have my replacement unit. I can do nothing but praise the outstanding way that Amazon handled this issue!! Their custom service far exceeds any other on-line retailer or local one!!
I work for a fortune 100 company that is the largest in the world in 80+ countries (in that line of business). I will be sure to share my story with my co-workers globally! I hope they all become Amazon customers.

- Just like most who took the time to research other LCD screens the general conclusion was that the Samsung LN-T5271F was one of the best values around. I spent hours looking for specs and comparing them to this product and kept coming back with, "This does so much more for so much less." On top of the amazing array of features such as the 25,000:1 contrast ratio, the $1,000 off the retail price was enough convincing for me. Everything is flawless with this set from the ultra rich picture to the sleek glossy black cabinet finish. I ordered this set the day after Thanksgiving and it literally arrived five days later. The shipping service exceeded my expectations too! I received a call two days after my order was placed arranging a time for drop off. When the TV arrived the delievery guy was super careful with the set and friendly! I can not recommend a better value with this deal! If you are looking for a TV this is you set! Hands down!

- Glad I jumped on the Samsung/Amazon bandwagon!!!
- After weeks of pondering if I should buy such a pricey item online from Amazon, I finally made the leap and took a chance. I'm VERY glad I did. The Samsung LN-T5271F is a FANTASTIC product. I have a PS3 as my Blu-ray player (which I'll save you some leg work and tell you that as of right now, the PS3 is the Blu-ray player with the LEAST problems and the GREATEST potential for future Blu-ray formats), and the picture quality is AMAZING. Out of the box, yes, the picture is bright and not set to an optimal picture format. If you use your favorite internet search engine (Google, Yahoo!, etc.), do a search for "Samsung dark room settings" and many websites, some from C|Net (which is what I used) helped me make an OUTSTANDING picture. Quality is crisp and sharp. Also, the Eagle Delivery service (in my case called "On The Go Transport") was great. The TV arrived earlier than expected, but because I was in the process of moving, they happily delayed my delivery. The day of delivery, the deliveryman called me when he was about 15 mins away from my apartment to ask me where I could meet him to let him in the gate of my apartment complex. After letting him in (he was alone because his partner had called in sick that day), I was a good sport and helped him carry the TV up 2 flights of stairs to my 3rd floor apt. He unboxed the TV, helped me position it on my stand, checked that it worked, that there was no damage, and it was perfect. He also let me keep the shipping box at my request in case I ever need to return it, or to use whenever I move again. I'm glad I made this purchase. To Amazon, you've made me one happy customer, and I encourage anyone reading this to make the plunge, buy this TV from Amazon (no tax and free shipping!), and you'll be in HD heaven in no time!! Don't forget you'll need either a Blu-ray or HD-DVD player for movies and an HD satellite/cable receiver in order to have a real HD picture (excluding over-the-air HD signals). I hope this review helps, but for now, I'm heading back to spend another few hours watching this awesome TV.
