- Very nice and pleasantly surprised...
- I gave only four stars because of the packaging but as a product it looked classy after it came out of the box. I bought four and gave away one to a friend with a little tissue and a book on wines and a nice gift bag. Both of us use it constantly in our wine club meetings and while it feels flimsy the mechanism actually works well

- Not bad at all
- It doesn't feel very sturdy....but it gets the job done. My only complaint is the lack of instructions -- since I had never used a wine opener like this before, I didn't really know how to use it. I had to figure it out on my own. I've seen this complaint about other Pinzon wine products.

- Too long to wait!
- It took an extremely long time to receive the order. This was one of the slowest delivery times I've ever experienced. When the product finally arrived it was as ordered.

- Wobbly
- I bought this to replace a similar wine opener. The quality is not good. The arms were wobbly and flimsy. We didn't even bother testing it before we sent it back.

- Plastic seems fragile
- I was hoping that the product would be sturdier. When I use it, I can feel the tension in the plastic and it feels like it could break easily. I already owned a metallic one of these, and I still prefer it over this new one. Also, be careful with the foil cutter - I cut my finger using it!
