- This is one of the best digital picture frames that I have found. It displays the picture the correct way, no matter how the picture was taken (As long as the camera you use "tags" the picture) You can play video and also add audio to the pictures. I would recommend this frame!

I purchased this product for my husband as a birthday gift (he loves it). The product is great! The frame is beautiful and sturdy unlike the funky plastic frames that you see so often. The pics show really clear and crisp on the screen. However, I have to agree w/other customers regarding the manual/directions it's very poor and provide limited info(that's the only reason it didn't receive the full 5 star). - Copying selected thumbnails all at once
- How do I copy all selected checked thumbnails at one time? When I press COPY ALL PICTURES it will print all the photos from the SD card and ignore the selected checked ones.
Also, if I try pressing COPY SELECTED it will copy only the first photo from the SD card and ignore the selected checked ones.

- Doesn't do what they say
- I wanted to be able to use this to be able to show different albums. I called tech support before I bought it and they told me that it would do that with no problem. Guess what it doesn't.

- This digital picture frame is probably one of the best ever available in the market as far as the resolution and quality of the pictures and I do recommend it for that purpose. However, don't expect too much when it comes to the quality of the background music designed into the picture frame to play when you're watching your slide shows, you'll be disappointed!
