Very nice frame...
The picture quality and video quality on this frame is excellent, sharp and clear and very impressive. I must say that I could not get the Optipix Pro software to work, maybe its me but I tried everything I could think of with no dice. I ended up dragging and dropping pictures to the internal memory of the frame and that was fast and easy. I will be using some 1 GB SD cards to load photos onto and then using those for slide shows, as that way you can keep the slide shows fresh. The learning curve on this photo frame isn't too bad even though the instruction manual is poor, but contains enough information to let you know how to navigate the menus. The sound quality from the tiny speakers is what you would expect, not great but OK for hearing voices and sounds from a video but not very good for music for slide shows, I didn't even try to add music to the frame. The video's must be in .MOV or .AVI format to work on this frame. My digital camera (Canon SD1000) takes .AVI video files and they work slick on this frame, very clear and smooth at 30 FPS. Just pop in the SD card, navigate with the remote to "Show Video" and then select "SD Card" from the menu and then select which video clip you want to see, very easy once you are familiar with the menu's. All in all I recommend this frame as the picture and video quality is excellent and isn't that the most important thing?

Easy to use, great picture
This frame was very easy to set up, just put your memory card in the slot and it imports your pictures and video while applying compression and orientation automatically. The pictures look excellent, but the video playback is just adequate, thus 4 stars. Be careful putting the SD card in the slot, the opening is a little too big and before I knew it, the card was stuck between the frame and the display panel (I loosened a few screws and it came right out). I bought two of these and they both looked and worked great.

No Shuffle - Terrible!
Bought this 15" model last week, they took off the slide show shuffle feature! If you have hundreds of photos, every time you turn it on, you watch the same few photos from the start each time. I own a SmartParts photo frame from last year, love it, watch it every morning at breakfast, never had a problem with pictures. With the shuffle on my old frame, you never know what picture will come up next - wonderful. I am sending this frame back - it is little better than a static photo frame. Too bad.

Everything It's Advertised To Be
I recently purchased this frame based on other reviews that I read; and it has lived up to everyone's praises. It's extremely easy to set up; especially if you have your pictures on a flash drive. Just plug it in the USB port and the slide show begins. Adding your pictures takes a little longer than that; since copying to the internal memory isn't very speedy; however, again, it's not complicated. The slide show options are ample and the picture quality is excellent.
I am very happy with this purchase and I will purchase it again to give as gifts. I'm sure you'll be as happy as me once you make your purchase of this frame!

Good, but?
I received this product yesterday, and was quite happy to set it up and get it started. I was able to transfer the pictures from my camera to the frame, but had trouble transferring pictures (my son's wedding pictures) from the computer to the frame. I was really looking forward to having them on the frame. It may be because I am not all that great with electronic equipment. Or there may be some glitch between software. Anyway, I plan to enlist the aid of my daughter (a true techie) to help me out when she comes to visit for the 4th of July w/e. The delivery was fine--(except it took a while to get it), but it was in good shape and I am glad it has a remote. For me the size is fine. I have it on an end table in the living room. I might have to revise this review if my daughter also has a problem with transferring the pictures from the computer to the digital frame. I am holding onto the box and all, in case I end up returning it.
