feels like torture device: The headband is flat on top so the weight of the entire headband is pressing down on one spot on the head. My head started to hurt within minutes of putting it on. I tried to round the flat part but it wouldn't bend and I tried extending the sides but that didn't help either.

Disappointed: I already own a Logitech USB headset that has given me good service for a few years, so I when my son needed a headset for use with Skype, I thought Logitech.
