- My old shark of five years finally gave out so I did some shopping around and found Amazon had the best deal. I received my new shark steam mop promptly. I have found it helps to use distilled water ONLY and to empty the reservior after each use.

- I've had my Shark steam mop for about 7 months now, and I love it! It is very light weight, which is important to me, as I have back problems and cannot lift or push a heavy piece of machinery. It heats up extremely quickly & starts producing steam fast. I find it is best to prime it with a few pumps to get a good head of steam. A few "practice swipes" are necessary… More reviews

- I had Shark Steam Mop for about 8 month. It performed pretty well on my bamboo floor after vacuuming. However, after 8 month into use, it broke and became a mop without the steam. Hope they can improve on the plastic handle. More reviews
