- Poor Design/Performance
- I purchased this product at Sears and from past experiences with Cuisinart, my wife and I were looking forward to having quick access to hot water and saving money on bottled water purchases. Everything went well for about two months and then several problems developed within a few days. We noticed that the sping on the tank valve had started to rust and the unit started leaking from the tank valve and somewhere inside of the unit!

- Cuisinart WCH-950 Water-Filtration System
- I love this product! We are able to get water hot enough for tea, or cold enough that it tastes like it just came from the fridge. It is attractive to sit on our counter top. The only thing I do not like about it is the water comes out too slowly. But it sure does taste great!

- Great for Single People
- This system is great for a single person. I just love it. I don't have to carry water bottles up 30 stairs to get to my place. I do suggest you have extra water stored if you entertain, it is a little slow. But overall Im very happy with my purchase.

- I think it's great!
- I read the reviews, but decided after years of water delivery and schlepping the 5 gallon bottles to the dispenser, I'd give this a try. I followed the initial set-up directions, not hard at all. This little guy works great! The water comes out a little slower but not that much. Give it a try and no more backaches from the 5 gallon bottles.

- A little slow but not bad
- We got our CleanWater system about 3 months ago and so far we really like it. However, there are some problems that Cuisinart needs to work on. First, it is a bit slow in dispensing water though. Also, the tank seems to form a lot of condensation. Yesterday, our system's cold water button and digital filter monitor clock broke. We called Cuisinart and they said they will send us a replacement - we just have to send them our broken one (I believe they are paying for shipment). So we are going to give it another shot...
The pros are...
No more bottled water, the water taste better then faucet water and I really like the hot water that comes out. At least getting the hot water from this system is quicker then boiling water or heating it in the microwave. Plus, it is really convenient to get the ice cold water to make a quick Crystal Lite drink. - 2008-09-26, 0 of 0 people found this review helpful, Rated:
