- bags let me eat all the pears from costco
- I have not been able to eat all the Bartlett pears from costco in years but with these bags I now can. They don't rot so fast.

- They work for me!
- I ordered these from a tv commercial a few months ago. They certainly extend the life of bananas, I can keep salad fixings longer. Bought Blueberries in bulk on sale using only a cup or two at at time and they held in the refrig for over 3 weeks!!!
Just be sure to leave produce as is from the market and only wash/rinse prior to use. - 2008-09-15, 1 of 2 people found this review helpful, Rated:
- They do work!!!
- These bags really do work. they worked for me!! I had washed all my vegetables and then stored them in this bag. I followed the instructions -- Put the vegetables in the bag, fold the bag over, and store. The items lasted over 2 weeks more than regular.
Little Tomatoes: Lasted almost a month, saw no wrinkles, only 2 or so rotted from inside. But the rest were fine.
Bananas: Probably lasted one more week than usual but these did not do too well. They did rot from inside out.
Cucumber: Did extremely well. Stayed fresh for over a month.
Avacados: These did really well too. They stayed fresh almost a month. They started to go bad from inside as it stayed in the bag longer.
Grapes: Did not too well. They probably stayed one more week extra.
Overall, for $10.00(20 bags at walmart) these are a must buy. You will save much more in price as you will have to buy less. - 2008-09-12, 0 of 1 people found this review helpful, Rated:
- What a Waste
- I followed the directions to the tee and they rotted my food quicker than if I hadn't used them. I'm really upset that I didn't come here and read reviews first. I bought mine at Bed Bath and Beyond and paid $10 for them. It cost me more because of the berries and spinach that rotted so quickly. I also tried green onions and they only lasted 1 day. I'll stick to the ones at Walmart. They lasted me a whole month in the bag they came in. They work very well as poopie bags, which is what I'm using them for so that it's not a total waste. Expensive poopie bags!

- Not Impressed.
- I am not impressed with these bags. I must have done something wrong, but I read the instructions very carefully. They cost too much for what you are getting.
