Great workout even for beginners: When I started doing the 30 day shred I was not very active and not in great shape at all. The first level 1 workout I did on this DVD killed me. Excellent program to train at home: I highly recommend this dvd. It is worthy. I like it because the exercises are very simple and easy to follow. There are two other girls beside the instructor and you can follow either of them, depending if you are beginner or advanced.
