Like new product: The unit is like new. Hard to tell it is reconditioned. Before I bought this I attempted to replace the switch in the old one. That apparently was not the problem. So I have a Ryobi string trimmer that could be reonditioned, but don't know where to send it. More reviews

Disappointed in the basic quality: I ordered my first Reconditioned Ryobi 15 inch trimmer a couple of weeks ago. It arrived with a critical small piece not attached. The piece missing was the "sleeve" or "collar" that allows the shaft of the attachment (string trimmer, edger, etc.) to attach to the shaft of the powered unit.
