The only advice I have is that it took me three days to inflate up the ball (with the manual pump that they provided). It's easier to inflate the ball if there's 2 people to coordinate putting the plug in before air leaks out. More reviews

- I purchased the ball in order to do the Drums Alive exercise program at home. The pump that came with the ball didn't work well. It couldn't inflate the ball to its full capacity. We emailed the company and they sent us a pump that did inflate the ball. At this time the ball seems to be of good quality. More reviews
