Non-stick my eye!: I used this once to make pancackes. Used medium heat & non-stick spray.
The pancakes stuck to the griddle & were a disaster. I scrubbed that thing for 30 minutes & the residue never came off.
Didn't use the grill side.

There are no instructions, but I agree with the recommendations that a previous reviewer listed. Don't use real high heat with any non-stick pan. Don't buy at any price .. Everything sticks!: I bought this on sale for less that 15 dollars last week. It arrived today and I immediately put it to use.
I fried a piece of boiled ham on it, and it immediately stuck. Using a plastic spatula, I tried to loosen the bits of ham that were stuck on. No luck.
