Two that won't work for me--Same error, format drive?: Customer service is a waste of time. I wrote to them to tell them I was getting an error message that the drive needed to be formatted. As far as I know, it works great: I got this as a gift for my best friend who is overseas. I loaded about 20 pictures on it. The loading process was easy, but the resolution isn't great. You can see the pictures and tell what they are, but it's not exactly wonderful. Still, for the price, it's great. Very cute and got here right on time!… More reviews
