- A must-have for parents and grandparents!!
- I bought two of these - one for my son and one for my daughter-in-law as a "New Parents" gift and they LOVE it! The software is easily loaded and it is very simple to use - even a grandmother can do it! My only mistake is that I didn't buy one for myself at the same time. I'm buying mine now!

- Super happy!
- Just got two of these to give as gifts and I couldn't be happier! For $15 this is a steal. It was fairly easy to use. (I have Windows XP, went right to the website and downloaded what I needed, and it worked! Now there were a few boxes that popped up and said it didn't work or cancelled, but after I x-ed out of them, everything was fine.) So good luck, definitely buy this for yourself and for gifts!

- Received as a gift
- I received one of these last week as a gift from work. I can plug it in and charge it fine, but (as other reviewers have noted)the software CD does not install correctly, the software that does install did not work on either my machine with XP or my Vista machine, and it won't let me do anything until I format the viewer which gives me an error message when I attempt the format (again, noted by othr reviewers). This is my second time dealing with this unit (my mother also received one from her job a few months ago), and the 2nd time it did not function.

- Don't waste your money or points
- I bought three of these using Pepsi points and NONE of them works. The software doesn't load correctly and the item is a waste of your time and money. It was impossible to get any help from Colby I would not reccommend these at all.
