- works for me
- This product does what I need, at least so far. I can listen to a few local (strong) FM stations while cutting the grass. They are tight and a little warm (I might not use them in mid-summer), but the sound quality is certainly good enough for NPR and football game play-by-play.

- Good for the price
- These 'phones are good for the price. Volume knob is very accessible without removing headset. The only negative for me is the volume limiter. I wanted to use these in a loud environment while also using foam insert hearing protectors. This would give maximun hearing protection while listening. But the volume will not adjust high enough to hear the music with the foam inserts in my ear canals. They make fine headphones for listening to computer or IPOD, though.

- Little above average
- Does not stay on station when moving around but thats still OK, I don't have to set and listen to her all day long. Now I need a helmet, she keeps rapping me with the skillet. Oh well !!! it works for me.

- Battery Hog
- Great hearing protectors but the quality of the radio is about as good as a Dollar Store counter purchase and you need to buy batteries in bulk because your going to need them

- good noise protection poor sound quality
- Overall, I don't think I would buy this unit again.
Pros:
1. Comfortable
2. Very good noise reduction
3. Digital station indicator
4. Low price
Cons:
1. Poor radio reception, not as good as the radio receiver on my MP3 player; a lot of static
2. Poor speaker quality; when connected to my MP3 player sound quality is an order of magnitude below that of my simple $15 regular headphones. Although, it is still nice to hear music when doing "boring" jobs like sanding.
3. No amplifier in headset, I have to put my MP3 player on highest setting to get a moderate sound level. This results in short MP3 play time. - 2008-09-24, 1 of 1 people found this review helpful, Rated:
