Doc Holliday's Dilemma

The place is Tombstone, Arizona Territory. The date is March 3, 1881 and John Henry "Doc" Holliday is in a quandary. A rift between he and Wyatt Earp motivates Doc to take leave of the Arizona boomtown. This decision turns fateful as Holliday reunites with a friend from his New Mexico past, a man now associated with the Earps' nemeses, the Cowboys. I wrote “Doc Holliday's Dilemma” as a companion piece to my Holliday trilogy, a fill in the blank of an incident which 'might' have occurred during Doc's Tombstone years. Although it is historical fiction. Doc's friend, Bill Leonard, is real.

- Very Good Story
- I read this story and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is not that long and it held my interest throughout. I have done a great deal of research into Holliday's life and the story shows the author has also done her research. I look forward to reading more of Ballard's works in the future. More reviews
