Yes. The other reviews are Right - Its AWESOME.
Recently I had been seeing (actually feeling with my tongue) plaque deposits on my teeth and decided to try out a power-brush. Being a kind of buyer that believes in spending a little more but getting the best product I finally bought the Flexcare toothbrush.
While reading reviews that said "feels like dentist clean" I was like yeah right, as if its really that cool, its essentially a vibrating toothbrush!
But, I was so damn wrong :) The first time I used it, immediately I could feel that "clean gap between the teeth", just like you do after flossing. It was such an awesome feeling that immediately I felt nice spending $100.
Oh, and after the second use this morning, I could already feel a difference in the plaque, its much less! hurray! :)
I would recommend this toothbrush to anyone who wants that just flossed feeling every morning.

Quick, Fantastic Clean
After two minutes with this thing in the morning, my teeth feel clean all day. It took some getting used to this (I was had been using an Oral-B, and the movement of the brush head is completely different) but ultimately, I find using this brush more soothing--and more effective. Isn't that the perfect combination?

Great product, but pricey
I like the R910 much better than my previous Sonicare 4100. The unprotected brush head is a huge improvement. I find the slimmer body easier to hold and maneuver, and it takes less room in my travel bag. I'm hoping the Lion battery in the R910 lives longer than the 3 years I got from the NiCad in the 4100. The second button is somewhat annoying, as I frequently push it accidentially and unexpectedly end up doing something to my teeth other than giving them a normal brushing...

Big improvement on already terrific product
I've used the Sonicare toothbrush for years because simply it cleans my teeth and gums really well and my dental hygienist can attest to that - better checkups since I started using it. My only complaint with the older models is that they were harder to clean. I did it anyway, but this one makes it a lot easier to clean AND easier to put the brush on and take it off. It's also lighter and has more options for different brushing modes if you like those. So glad I bought the new model!

Best Toothbrush Ever
I have been using the Braun Oral B Sonic Toothbrush for a few years now, and recently its performance was becoming erratic; it hummed but didn't seem to vibrate in its usual way.
No point in repairing; might as well replace...
Reading customer reviews here at amazon, I liked the looks of this FlexCare model and the Ultreo. Balking at the high cost of Ultreo replacement brushes, I decided to try the FlexCare.
I also decided I could do without the UV brush head cleaner, as I don't share the brush heads with anyone else.
The FlexCare is excellent. More powerful than the Braun Oral B Sonic and equally compact (unlike the older Sonicare models).
It has a feature that ramps up the power gradually over the first week for new users. I recommend that you make use of this feature, especially if you're new to sonic toothbrushes, until you learn not to press as hard against your teeth as you're used to.
The FlexCare also holds its charge longer than the Braun Sonic -- up to two weeks, as claimed.
One neat little feature I discovered is the "transforming" charger base. Click on two side buttons and the shell detaches, leaving a smaller travel charger that's easier to pack.
Some reviewers have claimed that the various cleaning modes on this brush are not terribly useful. I must say, I use the regular two-minute cleaning mode, but I am glad to have "massage" available to stimulate my gums a little more at my own pace.
The point is, the money you pay is still well worth it for a state-of-the-art sonic toothbrush that's easy to use. I am also considering Amazon's automatic brush head replacement plan, which seems to offer a great price on replacement heads, delivered to your door on the correct schedule with free shipping.
