- After installing Norton 360, I found that all of the data associated with Quicken on my PC was missing. I restored the Quicken information from backup. A few hours later, the Quicken data was gone again. I repeated this cycle a couple more times with the same results. - Symantec won't stop charging credit card
- Check the fine print on your purchase agreement. If you bought this on line, norton says they will continue billing you every year. They provide a website to decline this yearly charge...but guess what? IT DOESN"T WORK! Ha ha. I tried 3 times and all 3 times it gave a message that said "can't do this now, try again later".

- DO NOT USE THIS!!!
- I received the Norton 360 around March. It has really messed up my computer. If I leave the firewall on, I can't use my internet. I can't schedule a defrag because Norton won't let me. It is really ridiculous!!

- Very easy to install and it has held up great so far. Perfect for a computer novice (such as me). But tell me again - why do these softwares have to come in such big boxes??? More reviews
- Norton thinks users are stupid - they "automated" utilitye
- Norton has unilatterally determined that "they know best" and when you try to optimize your disk, it WILL NOT optimize them unless NORTON thinks they need to be optimized. Even 7% fragmentation does not reach the "magic threshold".
