I love this set. It is as good as advertised and suggested by other sources. I hooked it through my cable box directly to HDMI portand have wonderful HD pictures on the few channels now using it. - THE PICTURE QUALITY IS SO AMAZING AND THE COLOR IS TRUE TO LIFE, IT IS VERY HARD TO BELEIVE IT IS TV. THE SOUND IS ALSO GOOD AND WHEN I CONNECTED TO OUR FULL SOUND SYSTEM OH MY!! THE 'RED TOUCH OF COLOR' SAMSUNG LN46A750 IS BY FAR THE BEST TV TO WATCH FAST ACTION (FOOTBALL) ON THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. SO I HAVE GIVE IT A 5 STAR RATING.

- The product is beyond excellent, the price from Amazon amazing, the service from Amazon amazing and the white glove delivery Amazon uses was just perfect.
If anyone is worried about what is described as red - don't worry about it - it is very subtle and just a very elegant touch - no one should worry about matching their decor - the red is so deep and just blends into the black and clear glass. Best way to describe it is that it is like buying beautiful blown glass and a very deep red that was almost black was in the clear glass melting into black.
Other issue I read a lot about was the Halo - unless you are so overly touchy and watch the tv in complete dark and probably have some sort of easily distracted personality issues - you will never even know what someone is talking about. I looked and looked and only when the lights were completely out - if I looked for it - did I notice it and through the whole movie never noticed it again. It is simply the glass reflecting in a very dark room off the light of the screen when a very bright image is on it. - First at all, thanks all of you for posting your reviews, they really helped me to finally decided to buy it. I saw this TV four months ago for the first time and I loved it, but I was afraid because was a new product and no reviews available.
The red Touch around is very cool, eventhough I can see it when the room is dark, I thought that when I'm watching a movie I could see the red frame, but nothing, I just can see it when the light came thru the window behind the TV, maybe I haven't activate something, is the same for you guys?, so then my question to those who said that the red touch was distracting, I don't see the point. It's exactly why I bought the TV, to have the cool red touch, and I chose this one over 650 series.
It's hard to be objective with this TV, just because I really like it, and so far so good. Samsung did a great job, and i'm very happy with this purchase, totally worth it. If you haven't decided yet and still wondering if there is anything else out there better than this, you are just wasting time, just buy it, you won't regret it.
I'm not very into technical stuff but after compare the futures with a few others TV, 750 Series is still my option. Now I have LN-T4071F in the room (awesome TV!!!) and the 32" 550 series in the kid room, she went crazy with that one too. But the 46" 750 is for me, to enjoy in my living room, lots of fun!!!
