Just bought up my first HDTV, a $749 Samsung 32" 450 series, so I don't know alot about this - therefore 4 stars.

- Good upconverter, slow, small range remote
- A good upconverting DVD player that will improve the quality of your standard DVDs, some more noticeably than others, but definetely not as good as blu ray as some reviews might suggest. - This unit is well worth the price. I noticed a big improvement with my
conventional DVD movies on my Samsung 1080P HDTV over my older Sony player. The heck with BluRay high def, this is good enough for me and $300 saved. REK More reviews
