- i like this product because you don't really need to be wasting time with CD/DVD. sounds really sucks. kinda ok sound. picture is very good. it's not top notch HD video. looks very good. if you want true HD buy something else. for the money , no problem. i still recommend it for the price . other then that if this thing was $500… More reviews

- Yes it works with MAC. I recently purchased a Mac Book Pro and have used my Canon SD 1000 to take video. The DXG HD Camcorder takes better video but don't expect superior 1080 video.
