- Two problems. During shipping the crate must have spent some time on it's side as the cylinder was full of engine oil and hydrau-locked. Needed a plug out purge and now only runs with the air filter out. Not a fault of Excell though.

- DO NOT SHIP WITH OIL IN THE ENGINE!!!
- My unit was also turned upside down and oil was everywhere. After a week of trying, I finally got the engine to run. - I have not been able to use this product because FedEx must have turned the box on its side at some point and all of the engine oil spilled out.
