For Celtic Thunder, Sharon Browne has teamed up with Grammy-nominated Irish songwriting and composing veteran Phil Coulter to produce a show that includes an eclectic mix of songs ranging from the traditional "Mountains of Mourne" and "Come By the Hills" to international hits such as "Brothers in Arms" and "Desperado," as well as original compositions by Coulter, who has written hits for Elvis Presley ("My Boy") and the Bay City Rollers, and performed with Van Morrison, Tom Jones, and the Rolling Stones. The ensemble numbers in Celtic Thunder reflect the power of the vocalists, who range in age from 14 to 40, and feature songs that celebrate a common Celtic heritage.

- I was very pleased with the cd. I had watch the video of this music on PBS TV and enjoyed it. The music is great and all the artist are a pleasure to listen to. I purchased one for each of my children as well. I was even surprised that my 6 year old grandson loved the music as well. More reviews
- Would the real Celtic Thunder please stand up!
- I can't believe an institution like PBS would join the evil corporate world just to make money. I thought they actually cared a little about the shows and names they are associated with...I was so disappointed recently to turn on the tv and see this hokey bunch of singers pretending to be singing Irish music. And they stole the name!!!! There is an original More reviews
- Celtic Thunder cannot be beat!
- I first heard Celtic Thunder accidentally by clicking through television stations and landing on a PBS program. I was going to quickly click out of it, but became mesmerized immediately. When the show was over, I went directly to the Internet and ordered a DVD and an audio of the show. Then I ordered two more for my children! This is the best I've heard More reviews
