The wiring from the front of the room to the rear of the room is now gone. The DAV-HDX279W includes an iPod cradle, integrated five DVD/CD changer that can upscale your DVD to a full 1080p2 output making your movies look better than ever. The DAV-HDX279W is also equipped with a Digital Media Port that works with various accessories (sold separately), such as a PC Client Ready device, Bluetooth adapter and Audio Docking Stations compatible with select Walkman and iPod products. In conjunction with the DMP, Portable Audio Enhancer (with front input) provides the highest quality playback of your music into a traditional home theater system. The DAV-HDX279W can control a select number of BRAVIA televisions with BRAVIA Sync via the HDMI interface. With "One Touch Play," operations that took several steps have been reduced to one. This BRAVIA Theater System can also optimize the speakers to your room in just 30 seconds with Digital Cinema Auto Calibration.
